They weren’t at all productive. The twenty-three year old felt she just wasted her precious time at the nearby college campus. To think she woke up in a rush this morning. In the real world, Yue had long blonde hair and baby blue eyes that matched the sky. Her complexion was fairly light but not enough to call it too pale. She got a light tan from the sun’s rays last weekend when she went out for a school field trip out in the beach. Yue had her school uniform on. A navy blue short sleeve t-shirt that had a bright red bow tied around her shirt collar. The skirt was the same color as well. She wasn’t as short as the other females were. Yue was 5’8. It was sometimes annoying how the other girls would tease her about her height. She ignored them of course. Yue rushed to her room. Light footsteps followed her to her bedroom. She opened the door and walked inside. Closing the door behind her she blinked a few times. Her room was pitch dark. The only light that was ignited was from her red laptop. She left it on so the virus scan can do its job. Yue flipped the light switch and yawned. "God, that was so boring." Her hand patted her laptop. "I’m back again, Suzaku." A big grin appeared on her face. It was a little weird having named her laptop but it reminded her of that fiery bird that rose from the ashes. Her old computer died from a deadly virus. She never understood why anyone would put a virus in another person’s computer but she guessed they were stupid to begin with. They must have had nothing else better to do. Yue took a seat in her white wooden chair. The virus check had ended. "Wonderful! Virus scan complete. Now I can roam in Mac Anu for a bit." With that Yue dragged her red and black headphones towards her and put them on. She pulled up the game and logged in. Once she was inside, she checked her mail but there was nothing new. "Figures…" She silently said to herself. With a few mouse clicks her character was now in Mac Anu. A bright blue light surrounded Rue. Just as it was there it had disappeared. She just stood there and took in the view. The nice light music played in the background. There were a lot of players logged in today. [/style] ❞ THINGS. Boy, was Mac Anu a welcoming sight today!
The young twinblade casually strolled around the streets, her long pawed-gloves swinging two and fro with a spoiled cheshire smile on her face. This place is so cool! She giggled, her expression failed to change while her oddly-animated walk came to an abrupt stop. For a moment she thought she heard the sound of her inbox receiving a new message, but upon checking to be sure she could have sworn it was just something going on in the outside world. Guess her roommate was cooking again~
It hadn't been very many days since the player started out in the world, and after ignoring the player manual as usual, she decided running around Mac Anu was going to be her new hobby until then. Looking around a little confused then, she tried to spot somebody to pester. A group of players nearby were standing in their little clique' by the river, and the twinblade just giggled again with her abnormally large glove placed by her chin. Devilish intent, for sure.
Going for it, Quincy took off in a mad dash towards the other players, darting straight for their position then running around them in circles. At first they failed to notice or care, but after running around in circles for a few lasting moments they began to seem a bit ticked off by her presence. A heavyblade turned with an angry growl to his voice, beckoning something along the lines of "get lost!" before she stopped in place and turned to the player.
"Get lost? How do you suppose I do that? We have maps of the city! It's impossible to get lost, I'm afraid! he he he~! " Quincy continued to smile, her red eyes never moving or blinking as she stared the group down. Was she actually smiling behind her headset? Was she even looking at anyone in particular? Hard to tell, when she looked the way she did. Such an odd character! But so fun!
The players shook their heads, then each commenting something in ridicule before they all took off running for the chaos gate together. Quincy hopped on the spot, giving chase to the party as they reached the exit and warped out; leaving her behind to do nothing but stare. For a moment Quincy paused in place, standing beside the chaos gate and staring in wonder as that golden ring spun perpetually in the air; the blue foggy portal glowing beautifully in the sunshine.
"Darn it!" She hissed, her arms swinging down and her smile turning to a frustrated snarl, her tail springing up as she threw a small hissy fit. She couldn't follow them! After a couple seconds she paused again, raising that hand to her face before her anger simply vanished and she sought another object of amusement. That's when she turned slowly, spotting a dark-haired female character that suddenly warped in just seconds before.
"Ooooooh~" She mused, Quincy then taking a few eager steps closer to the player and observing her costume. She looked amazing! Her long black hair, red ribbons and a gorgeous long blade in her PC's hands. For a moment the twinblade couldn't help but stare, looking her down for passing seconds before finally flailing her arms in an excited waving motion. "Hey! You with the sword! You wanna play with me?!" She shouted, perhaps a little too loudly, but her voice happy and lighthearted at best.
On the spot she stood, still looking in amazement at the new-found player standing just a few feet away, her long blonde braids swinging before her as her PC eagerly bounced in place. A new friend? Yay~!!

TAGS | open NOTES | thanks for replying. and wow...i kept using yue ( rue's real life name ) instead of rue. T__T; great...gotta edit that. ok..nvm..i was talking about her real life and blah. @__@; maybe i should sleep. lol. ❝ [style=float: left; font-family: arial; font-size: 54px; color: #242424; line-height: 48px; margin-right: 3px;]R ue just stood there looking around, taking everything in. The World seemed almost too real. The graphics was just amazing. The creators that took the time to create the game sure took their time. It must have taken a very long time to create every single detail. Rue knew that all too well. She loved to draw, paint and she liked to write. She loved how an artist can create almost anything if they put their mind to it. Just thinking about how much effort they might have put in the game gave her chills. Her mind was about to wander elsewhere until someone had called her. They didn’t call her name nor was it someone familiar. It was a new player she hadn’t met. Then again, she didn’t meet anyone or made friends yet except a few people in her guild. But that too didn’t count. The people she met in the guild weren’t around all that often or from what she thought. Rue didn’t spend time with them. Lately, she was busy with her school work and was far too busy to go out on a stroll in the game. She widened her eyes. And there the player was. It seemed that they tried to create a cat type character. They had cat like eyes and the overall appearance was like a cat form. She wondered if they had claws as well. That would be a nice touch. Rue looked at the other as she couldn’t help but look at the other’s eyes. Crimson red. Looking at the eyes of the player was kind of spooky. She couldn’t see a face. It was just pitch black nothingness. Without thinking she waved. "Why, hello there. I have to say interesting look. I like it." Rue admitted wholeheartedly. [/style] ❞ THINGS.
