DUNGEON RACE ↑ NORTH Welcome to The Oracle's Citadel.
A series of labyrinthine halls and underground constructs built to protect four grand temples of worship. Hidden deep within this thousand-year old temple lies the Crystal Chalice, a legendary item that's said to grant the wishes of any adventurer who dare lay claim to it. The grand halls are patrolled by dreadfully strong monsters said to have descended from protectors of the gods themselves; very few who enter these sacred grounds are ever seen or heard from again.
Your task is to retrieve the chalice and survive the challenges waiting for you inside the complex. Whilst in this holy sanctum you cannot be killed, but if defeated by any opponent you shall be cast out from it's walls and will be unable to return. This task has a time limit, however. There is a team opposite to those of yourself who are also racing for the grand prize, but it is up to your party to find the chalice first.
You will be entering from the northern gates, through the crystal gardens then the hallowed halls from there. Keep your guard up, work together, and may the gods be with you on this quest.
NORTH TEAM
• SAM • ROEN52 • ARA • JYU OH SIE • ENIGMA

---Gate In* ✗✗✗ [/font] "OH YEAH, BABY! IT'S TIME TO GET THIS SHOW STARTED!"
[/b] Jyu Oh Sie shouted with his typical booming voice which traveled the halls of the labyrinth. White spiraling light wrapped all around Jyu Oh Sei's body, thus ending the gate in sequence. The male stood alone - or so he thought, and just admired the genius behind such scenery. Suddenly, his ears twitched softly as faint music began getting louder and louder. He didn't know why, but his head slowly bobbed up and down as the music commenced. The male couldn't help but smile as he did so, it's not every day he winds this music enjoyable. "Wohoho! I can jam to this!"[/b] The mission was a fairly simple one - at least in his eyes. Destroy some monsters, race to a specific goal, and find the treasure. But one thing bothered him slightly. And that was the fact this was a straight team effort. Jyu Oh Sie is and forever be all about the teamwork, but this place gained a lot of rumors, so the party would no doubt have to be on guard 100% of the time. As his head continued to bob, Jyu Oh Sie placed his hands behind his head and began tapping the back of his left heel on the virtual concrete. It was only a matter of time before the rest of the party made their way here. He just had to have a little patience. "Eh, not too bad. At least I get to take in the scenery a little longer!"[/b][/blockquote][/blockquote][/size][/font]

So far, she had not had that good of a time with it. Sure, that Hindley girl and the Zeth person had been nice enough, as had Gabriel. But Orchid...well, that girl really seemed to sour her thoughts when it came to The World. Ara tried her best to not think about that stupid female as she gated into the labyrinth; it was quite...big, wasn't it? She glanced around as the lights around her body vanished, ending her gate in sequence as well. It was a beautiful place, all crystally and the like...was that even a word? No, probably not.
The green-haired Wavemaster winced a bit when a voice reached her ears, and she looked in the direction of the shouting. Something about jamming? In any case, this fellow was loud, and it seemed he was to be one of her teammates. "Hello!" she called out to him, interrupting him soon after he said something about taking in the scenery; well at least it seemed he like the beauty of the place too. "Looks like we're gonna be teammates, huh?" Ara commented with a smile on her face as she approached, her staff clinking on the ground as she walked towards him.
This event had to do with getting to the center of the labyrinth and finding some kind of treasure. Of course, it was not as easy as that, since they would be competing against another team, so Ara hoped their other teammates arrived soon; how many others were there anyway? One or two? She wasn't sure, all she knew was that this was going to be quite exciting![/style] [STYLE=font-family: AR DECODE; font-size: 36px; color: #131A67; margin-left: 15px;]How very curious[/style][STYLE=font-family: AR DECODE; font-size: 32px; color: #131A67; margin-left: 42px; margin-top: -15px;][/style] [STYLE=margin-left: 20px; margin-top: -15px; color: #000000; font-size: 11px;] LEVEL/GUILD: 02/None TAGS: Roen52, Sam, Enigma, Jyu NOTES: Hooray for teammates! Noah had nothing better to do, so why not join a special event on The World? He hadn't been having the best experience in the world, but this atmosphere would (hopefully) be completely different. It was certainly a different concept, different mechanics altogether, so there surely would be plenty of things to enjoy. Plus, it was a special event. There would be a larger group of people, more than likely, which meant he could hopefully find someone who didn't have a stick up her butt. That's what he was hoping for.
Gabriel the wavemaster gated in and stood in place, captivated by the scene laid out before him. It was . . . spectacular and beautiful! The artwork in this game had been directed so amazingly, and it was certainly an added bonus. It took him awhile, but the boy snapped himself out of his reverie and instead addressed the other two who had already arrived. One of them was a familiar face, someone tolerable -- perhaps a little more than tolerable. The two of them had at least gotten along in the presence of a common enemy, as he had thought of Orchid for most of their dungeon experience. He took a few steps forward to join his comrades.
"Hello," he said somewhat awkwardly, nodding his head and glancing at the twinblade first. "Nice to meet you." And then he faced Ara, nodding at her as though to ssy "good to see you again," or something like that. He wasn't a very talkative spirit.

It seemed that the event that he had been locked into rung his name. It was the very first grand event that he had the chance to partake into. He wanted to enter the dungeon with that of an open mind and pursue the very treasure that laid at the end. Though understandably, this wasn't anything near stealing a lollipop from a baby. And to make matters even more complicated, teamwork was involved. Or at least that's what he was led to believe by the group of others that stood once he arrived. With his arrival into the lair and staff on his back, he quietly took in a view of all of his fellow companions. It was easy enough to note their respective classes by the weapons they donned. Actions spoke louder than words, and as of now he felt that action needed to be taken to secure the dungeon and its threats. With a fresh gaze guiding him over the fortification and construction of the dungeon, he signaled that he himself was ready to go.
"Ready when you all are."
