This field is a collapsed catacomb or necropolis. Though there are no undead or spirits to be found here, there is a waterway that has eaten through the earth above, down into the depths of this ancient ruin. Sunlight filters in from above and tree roots of giant old growth have taken hold here without remorse, sometimes turning solid stone into rubble. The water table runs through many channels of the ruined archways, halls, and stairs which often crumble into an empty oblivion. Mind the deteriorating architecture and the perilous falls.
The monsters here are Rue and Juk-types. Players report treasure to be found in the lowest levels of the abandoned ruins.
