All rules and information within the RPG may be found here. This area makes for the perfect source to find the information you need such as classes, monsters, etc. and of course, the rules provides you with guidelines of how the game works.

A discussion between the higher-ups. For obvious reasons, only those with staff-permissions may enter the Staff Center. If you have any concerns the staff should be aware of, PM one of them and it will be discussed here.

Players can create their own character to participate in the RPG. You can learn how to create a character by taking a look at the Bio Template and posting your character in this forum. It will be either approved or rejected by two members of the staff.

After a member's character has been approved, they are sorted into this section based on class. After this is done, they may edit and update their character throughout their time here.

Here characters may create general plot pages, quest trackers, and create their own blog. Plot with other members of .hack//FRACTAL and make some friends and some enemies along the way.

Any form of transactions must be indicated here. Gold Transitions may be made on this board as well as updating skills and spells. Purchusable items for characters may be found here as well as whatever else an adventurer may need. It all can be purchased here!

This part of the bulletin is where players can chit-chat in regards to the world. Discuss new events, your adventures, or form a party here before venturing into the fields. New rumors might be spread here about hacks or glitches within The World.

Important events shall be announced here and take place in different parts of The World, depending on the event. Unless specifics are required, any player may participant in a world event and the rewards that await the completion of that even are for you to behold.

Those who own a Guild and are looking to recruit may post their offers here. In addition, someone looking for a guild may also post here in order to be recruited. All dealings concerning guild member transactions should be posted here.

This is the server where all of the new players start out. It houses the Root Town of Mac Anu, as well as a training ground to learn new skills. The fields here range from levels 1 to 30, so it is the perfect place for newbies to train.

The Theta Server is another place where new players can go if they'd like a change of scenery. The Root Town of Dun Loireag is a peaceful place filled with floating islands and mists. The fields and monsters can range from levels 1 to 30 here as well.

The Venture Seers are a group of players that, above all else, seek adventure and experience. It's very rare for them to deny a party request and The Venture Seers are often interested in help newcomers so long as it leads to an adventure.

Venatores is Latin for Hunters, it's a guild that is for players to protect players against other players known as PKers or Player Killers. Besides protecting weaker players, there will be occasional dungeon runs and PvP training to keep the guild members fresh. A member would refer to himself or herself as a Venator or Venatrix: hunter or huntress.

This guild is essentially everything that any newbie player of The World could possibly fear. A bunch of grimy, ruthless, scheming characters who are all united under the same cause: to, basically, do whatever they want.

It's unknown how long the Royal Guard has been around, the actual number of members it contains, or their goals. The only consensus speculators have come to is that they are a group of hackers intent upon messing with the World. According to rumor, each member is named after a chess piece. There are supposedly two of each, except for the King and Queen. No one seems to have any information on how members are initiated or even where the headquarters lie. In fact, there's so little information, that people split between blaming the mysterious group for every suspicious incident that occurs in the World and wondering whether they exist at all.
